Now that we have had a chance to settle into our 2025 groove, it is time to reflect on what we appreciate in each season of life. Join Audrey Henriquez, RYT-500, E-RYT 200 and YACEP for a 90-minute slow and gentle yoga practice with an extended Shavasana using 432 Hz Quartz Crystal singing bowls, as we open our hearts and explore what we are grateful for.
After practice, we will discuss gratitude and how to open our eyes to seeing the world in a different light. Together we will commit to keeping a gratitude journal for at least 30 days. Journaling pages will be provided.
