Elizabeth Beggs NASM CPT has been teaching group exercise classes since 2013 when she became PiYo certified. From there she expanded her knowledge by adding more certifications such as Barre, Cycling and Warrior Rhythm. She has been training clients 1 on 1 since 2023 and loves to share her passion for fitness with everyone she encounters.
